A laboratory has been created for
the gathering and packing of our apiary products.
In “this state of the art” lab,
built following EEC rules, all the activities
related to the Coop and its associated. Take
places and can be seen.
The Lab is divided in numerous sections:
It begins with the area called “entrance
of products” then follows with the area
for the honey extraction and honey potting,
then the kitchen area where takes place all
the work of gathering the royal jelly and
drying of the pollen and the making of products
made with honey, such as honey jam, dried
fruits with honey, hazelnut spread, and more.
The Lab ends with the area of “completed
products”. |
